Millions of tons of grain are lost every year due to improper storage conditions. Grains must be stored in conditions with suitable temperature, humidity, ventilation, and without harmful organisms. At present, steel silos are the most efficient storage systems. It is also very important to safely handle grain, a strategically important product after it is brought to suitable conditions (Cleaning and Drying) before being stored in silos. Thus, it is necessary to handle the grain to be delivered to silos with appropriate methods without damaging its structure. Grain products have the largest share in food supply. It is crucial to safely and quickly store or handle from warehouses to production to processes.

Bucket Elevators are used for transferring grain vertically. They are available with 20 Ton/Hour to 500 Ton/Hour capacity. Elevators equipped with buckets made of high-density plastic suitable for impacts and heavy working conditions are essential in silos and other storage areas. Depending on the intensity of use, elevators can be combined with plastic and metal buckets. There are safety covers against dust explosions. Belt slip sensors and cycle guard sensors ensure a safe working environment.
Chain conveyors are used for transferring grain horizontally. It is the most efficient equipment to fill and unload grain in silos and storage areas. They are available with 20 Ton/Hour to 500 Ton/Hour capacity. High-density plastic paddles and slides in chain conveyors prevent metal-to-metal contact, providing a long and efficient use. Chains are treated with heat to increase hardness in order to operate for a long time without any problems. If the product used in the facility is abrasive or high temperature, chain conveyors can be manufactured with Polyamide or Kestamit coating.
Belt conveyors are used especially in seed processing plants and operate with high efficiency without leaving any product residue. They are available with 20 Ton/Hour to 500 Ton/Hour capacity for a large variety of products. 6-layer high-strength belts are used.
Spirals are economical conveyors to transfer products horizontally or angularly. They are available with 5 Ton/Hour to 100 Ton/Hour capacity. It allows the transfer of high capacity product with low engine power. It can be projected as U Type Spiral or Tube Spiral.
Pneumatic conveyor systems allow the transfer of products in closed or complex structures. They offer a sensitive and clean solution since they are fed from the compressor with a closed conveying line system. They are not suitable for high capacity requirements.
Distributors are essential for flexible and economical solutions in grain plants. Single or double inlet distributors are available with 2 to 6 outlets for efficiency in facilities. They allow designing flows and diagrams in the most efficient way.
Steel construction support in Storage and Feed facilities are essential for turnkey projects. Support towers for elevators are designed in any size from 10 meters to 45 meters. Ladder structures are available as sailor type or zig-zag type. Functionally efficient structures are designed and manufactured in line with OHS rules.
The flow equipment is essential for the efficient operation of facilities. Flow elements in different sizes and geometries are designed depending on the product to be handled. The flow equipment is also available with Polyamide or Kestamit coating, depending on the product or density in the facility. Thus, high temperature or abrasive products can be handled safely.
Facility control systems can be designed as PLC (Programmable Control Systems) and MCC (Manual Control Systems). Since PLC panels are computer-controlled systems, they are efficient to minimize human error and can receive instant information and reports about the facility. All panels are made of the highest quality materials (Siemens, Schneider). Except for the main line electricity in the facility, all electrical installations are delivered on a turnkey basis.
